What is Nordath?

Nordath publishes ALP, a subscription software platform for property developers, investors and land professionals. ALP turns official cadastral, zoning and market data into scored parcels, feasibility estimates, landowner letters sent under your own name and an acquisition pipeline. Nordath only sells software: it does not broker land, introduce buyers and sellers or take any commission.

What geographies does Nordath cover?

Our pipeline is not tied to one country: it runs on official national cadastral, planning and risk registries, and a market opens once those registries are integrated. France has full coverage today and 22 other markets are partly covered; what each one includes is listed on our Coverage page.

How does Nordath handle personal data?

Nordath is established in France and built with the GDPR in mind, but we do not certify ourselves: read what we do and judge for yourself. Analytics (PostHog, EU hosting) run only if you accept them, without third-party cookies. Your language preference is kept in browser storage and a single first-party cookie, so it carries over to our subdomains. Our full practices are in the Privacy Policy and the GDPR page.

How can I request deletion of my data?

You may request erasure of any personal data we hold about you at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer at dpo@nordath.com. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with GDPR Article 17.

Why did I receive a letter about my land?

Accepted Answer

The letter was sent by a property developer or land professional who uses ALP, our prospecting software, and it carries their name and contact details. Nordath is not the sender, a buyer or an agent, and you are free not to answer.

Does Nordath buy land or act as an agent?

Accepted Answer

No. Nordath is a software publisher. It does not buy or sell land, represent owners or buyers, negotiate on anyone's behalf or take any commission. Any discussion about your land is between you and the company that wrote to you.

How do I stop receiving letters?

Reply to the sender using the details on the letter. You can also write to dpo@nordath.com: we record your objection and pass it on to the customer concerned.

Where does the information about my parcel come from?

Accepted Answer

From official public registers such as the cadastre and published zoning plans. Outside France ALP does not identify owners; in France it only identifies companies and public bodies, from the public SIRENE and BODACC registers. A private owner's name is never looked up.

How did the sender get my name and address?

Accepted Answer

Nordath does not look up the name or address of a private owner. The company that wrote to you entered the postal address itself, from its own sources, and the letter is addressed to "the owner of the parcel" unless it recorded a name. Only companies and public bodies in France are identified, from the public SIRENE and BODACC registers. Ask the sender where it got your details: it is responsible for them. How does ALP find off-market land?

ALP measures official cadastral parcels against built footprints, zoning rules and recorded sale prices under explicit geometric rules, and flags infill gaps, garden divisions and other under-used plots. You then contact the owners yourself, with letters posted from ALP under your own name.

Which countries does ALP cover?

Does Nordath take a commission on my deals?

Accepted Answer

No. ALP is sold by subscription, from a free plan to Enterprise, plus prepaid postage for the letters you send. Nordath is never a party to your acquisitions and earns nothing on them.

Can I try ALP before paying?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Free plan needs no card. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period; partial periods are not refunded.
