Arx-Prima is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, applying the relevant accessibility standards to achieve WCAG 2.1/2.2 level AA and AAA compliance where possible.
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA and Level AAA. The Arx-Prima platform is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA: most of the standard is met, but some parts of the product do not yet fully conform. In place today are a 'Skip to Main Content' bypass link, a visible keyboard focus indicator on every interactive element, and keyboard navigation throughout. Known gaps we are actively working on: some secondary and muted text in the authenticated portal does not yet meet the 4.5:1 contrast ratio, and several interactive regions still need explicit landmark and ARIA roles. This statement was last reviewed in September 2026.
Key accessibility features integrated into our platform include: - 'Skip to Content' bypass links enabling direct navigation to the main content layout. - A visible keyboard focus indicator on every interactive target, applied globally so it cannot be dropped by an individual component. - Robust keyboard navigation paths, allowing full layout traversal and menu closures via the Escape key. - Primary body text and headings meet the 4.5:1 contrast ratio. Muted secondary text in the authenticated portal does not yet meet it everywhere, and is being raised.
